Week 16 of the 365 Day Challenge

22 Apr

Week 16 of the 365 day challenge is now in the books. Woo hoo! I had fun this week making all my little inchies and twinchies and tweenchies. Just playing around, which is the best part of the challenge.

I want to start framing these little bits, but haven’t really had time to search for the right frames. As soon as I find something, I will share it with you. You can put a lot of inchies into a small frame!

I worked on another sketch. I started with water color pencils again. I intended to make it more abstract, but a landscape soon appeared anyway. Ha ha. So I added a tree to the foreground. It is a little boring, but at least I completed it for this week.

I hope you are still playing along and having fun with your own challenge.

I like them all but I do like the, what looks like gold foil with a wheel on it.

Yes, it has foil tape around the edges. It was a baby steampunk inchie as I was working on steampunk ATCs for the monthly blog challenge.

They are all going to look good in a frame. I love the steampunk look but haven’t played around with it much.

I’m not sure I can pick a favorite this week. I love them all!! Can hardly wait to see how you frame them.

I like your landscape. Isn’t it funny how we can start with one idea in our head and something else appears?!! I started a dry felting project that had lots of grays and other dark fibers. It just seemed like a stormy sky would be perfect with those fibers and a tree is what appeared! Not sure where that came from, but it took over the whole project! Lol!!

I finally got something posted tonight for the challenge. Wasn’t sure I was going to have anything this week.

It is funny how the art work tells us what it is going to be. We think we are in charge, but we’re not. 🙂

Gorgeous! They are going to look wonderful when you frame them! As I said before, I love the colors! 🙂
