Tangling video

30 Aug

I have posted this video before, but thought that some of you may not have seen it, so I am sharing it again.  Zentangle® is a meditative and mindful creative process that anyone can learn to do. Zentangle was created by Rick Roberts & Maria Thomas of zentangle.com. You can visit their site to find out more about the world of Zentangle.

Do you have high stress levels or anxiety? Do you have trouble sleeping? Do you lack focus? By learning the Zentangle process you can ease your stress and have fun as well.

As a CZT, I teach Zentangle classes in my studio, but I am also available to teach at other venues. Please feel free to contact me for more information about classes. For official Zentangle products and books, visit Blue Twig Studio website.
