One person gets to win ALL of the ATCs that are submitted. A fun opportunity to play with new techniques or mixed media ideas. A way to practice on an itty bitty piece of art.
Then you get a chance to win them all. I know that this month is going to have some fabulous ATCs. So get yours turned in. You can mail it to the address below or drop it off if you are local. Tell your friends too. I’d love to really get a lot of HEARTS turned in. Share this with everyone!
